한국과 인도 양국은 8월 중 서울 또는 뉴델리에서 양국간 FTA에 해당하는 ´포괄적 경제협력´인 CEPA 협정에 서명하는 방안을 추진한다.
최근 외교통상부 관계자에 따르면, 협정의 발효를 위해 한국측은 서명 후 국회의 비준동의가 필요하며, 인도측은 추가 절차가 불필요하다.
Korea and India will make a signature on CEPA/Comphrehensive Economical Oartnership Agreement to finialize its effectiveness, said Ministry of Foreig Affairs & Trade recently.
" Though not yet decided to do it in New Delhi or Seoul, but it will be done around August. After signature, Korea government should get a agreement from National Assembly " MOFAT added.
" Meanwhile, India needs no additional agreement any more " MOFAT continued.
